Return/Refund Policy
Not exactly what you thought it would be?or didn't end up needing the item? We accept returns and exchanges of items that meet the following:
1. Item must have been purchased within the last 30 days.
2. Products must be in original packaging and in new condition. We can not sell a new part to someone that is not new. Imagine how you would feel getting a box with oil/grease/missing stickers etc.
3. Any product that was used or partially installed is non-returnable. This goes back to being in new condition.
4. A 20% re-stocking fee applies to all returns that are not due to the error of Compressive Tuning.
5. The order number must be marked on the returned box. Sharpies work perfectly. (Do not write on the actual item box, just on the brown box you send it back in.)
6. Shipping fees are non-refundable as the carrier already used up the fuel and paid their employees.
7. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Unless it was our fault and in that case we will email you a return shipping label on us.
It is our policy not to accept and/or fully refund items that have been mocked-up, installed, used, or show any type of imperfection that wasn't present when the item left our facility. This can include light markings from handling/bolting on a product and blemishes/damage incurred during the shipping process (which we can not be held liable for). Should your item arrive with damage as a result of shipping, your first action will be to reach out to the courier that delivered your package and open a case seeking restitution through them.
If you need to return an item, please email us at info@compressivetuning.com make sure to include full name, shipping address and order number. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
You should expect to receive your refund within 5-10 business days after we have received, inspected and deemed eligible for refund or exchange at our warehouse. in many cases you may receive a refund more quicker then the allotted time. Please keep in mind time period which includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
